How we make it safe to ship
Quote before pickup
Send weight, dimensions, origin city, destination zip, and a product description. We return a clear method recommendation and all-in price before anything moves. If your goods are regulated -- CPSC-covered items, lithium batteries, food-contact products -- we flag that at the quote stage, not at the border.
Pay securely
Stripe checkout only, after the method and price are confirmed in writing. Payment is not requested until you have seen and approved the exact number. No blind wire transfer to an unknown forwarder, no deposits before a quote exists.
Customs prepared
Commercial invoice, packing list, HS-code review, and broker liaison are prepared before the shipment moves. The commercial invoice establishes the declared value for duty calculation; the packing list confirms contents; the HS code determines the duty rate. Getting all three right before pickup prevents holds at the border.
Human approval gate
